The Anykščiai Arts Center and painter Andrius Zakarauskas invite you to learn more about the exhibition Double, currently on view at the Angel Museum – Sacred Art Center.
Together with the artist himself, we will explore interpretations of the works, the stories behind their creation, and even have the chance to reconstruct them using the collage principle.
Families with children, older children, young people, and adults are welcome to take part in the creative workshop. Participation is free of charge.

This exhibition is part of the project Promoting the Knowledge and Understanding of Contemporary Art in Anykščiai. It is a cycle of art exhibitions and events featuring contemporary visual art exhibitions, meetings with exhibition authors and creators, lectures, and meetings with art historians and educators. In addition to the exhibitions, accompanying meetings with exhibition authors and art critics are organized to help visitors experience the exhibition more intensely, pay closer attention to the environment, and enter into dialogue through art. The aim of the project is to develop professional art and promote the knowledge and understanding of contemporary art in Anykščiai District.
